RADIUS leverages our industry-specific expertise, screening potential candidates technical, communication, performance and personality traits.

Specialized screening materials can then be used to create a customized “certification” process to ensure our clients receive candidates with optimal qualifications. We manage one of the largest and most comprehensive internal databases in the area, allowing us to quickly provide our clients with the best candidates available. Once the perfect candidate is found, our recruiters coordinate client interviews, final selection and terms of employment.
